I’ve hit the big time!

I’m going pro everyone and will officially by an assistant trainer!

Shelby Anderson of Neumond K9 and I have been working together for a few years now and our philosophy on dog training is the same, so we are making it official, and I will be her assistant trainer. Clients, dogs and myself will greatly benefit from her knowledge and guidance. I will assist Shelby in group lessons and individual help with clients as needed, and continue to be the creative force behind all of our marketing and website as well as logo design. I’m very fortunate, and grateful for this opportunity, and I look forward to a busy summer of lessons and trialing.

A little about myself…
I grew up in a home with working Dobermans and German Shepherds, where I started training my own dogs at a young age. As I grew, I began participating in 4-H, and eventually becoming a 4-H leader. I moved to herding breeds in my early teens, where she trained and titled several dogs in competitive AKC obedience, conformation & herding, but eventually came back to working breeds in my twenties and was once again hooked.

For the past few years, I’ve has been actively training & competing in IPO while raising working line German Shepherds. I’m well versed in protection, companion dog and sport work, particularly in foundation building and combining these skill sets for young dogs, and explaining these foundation skills to new owners and giving my attention to detail to every session.
